See how revision is going, without reading their chats.
A parent account shows your child's courses, progress and recent study, and you choose which AI tools they can use. Their AI chats, private notes and wellbeing check-ins stay private.
Parent Premium is £29.99 a month or £299 a year for each child you link. Your child can also use the Free plan, with no card needed.
What you see, and what stays private
A parent account shows how their learning is going. What they write to the AI tutor, their private notes and their check-ins stay theirs.
Shared with you
- Scores and marksScores, marks and learning progress.
- Study timeLearning activity and study time summaries.
- Homework statusHomework set, handed in and completed, if their school uses Atlas.
- Revision notesOnly if your child chooses to share them.
Stays private
- AI tutor chatsIncluding anything they ask Ask Atlas about a question.
- Private notesAnything they haven't chosen to share.
- Wellbeing check-insIncluding the optional check-in in the study timer.
You decide which AI tools they use
Once you link, each AI tool stays off until you switch it on. If two parents are linked, it needs both of you. You can switch them all off again at any time.
With AI tools off, your child can still use their revision notes, flashcards and progress, and any homework from school.
How linking works
Nobody shares a password.
Create your parent account

Add your child, or link their account
When you add a child, Atlas emails them a secure link to set their own password. If they already use Atlas, they can send you a link request from their settings.
Choose their courses and AI tools
Pick their key stage and subjects, then decide which AI tools to switch on.
Safety and privacy

Safeguarding built in
Safeguarding controls are built in, and Atlas has a named safeguarding lead.
We don't sell personal data

The AI tutor isn't a person
It can make mistakes, and it isn't a counsellor or an emergency service. If your child is worried about something, Childline is free on 0800 1111.
Parents ask
Questions about family setup? Contact support
Can I read my child's AI chats?
No. Their AI tutor chats stay private, and so do their private notes and wellbeing check-ins. You see scores, study time and homework status.
Can I link more than one child?
Yes. Each linked child has their own Premium seat at £29.99 a month or £299 a year, and you see the total before you pay.
My child already has an Atlas account. Can I link it?
Yes. Ask them to send you a link request from their Atlas settings. Once you're linked, their AI tools switch off until you choose which ones to switch on, so talk to them about it first.
Who pays, and how do I cancel?
The parent account owns billing and manages seats. Cancel from your billing settings, and Premium stays on until the end of the time you've paid for.
Does my child need Premium?
No. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card. It includes 5 AI tutor messages, 5 practice sessions, 5 flashcard sessions and 3 topic views a day, and 3 past paper starts a month.
Are Atlas marks official grades?
No. Atlas marks and the progress estimate help your child practise and plan. They aren't official grades, and AI can make mistakes.
