Personal billing and refunds
Get help with Personal Checkout, invoices, payment recovery, cancellation, renewal, or an operator-reviewed refund request.
- Tell us whether the issue concerns Checkout, renewal, cancellation, an invoice, a failed payment, or a refund request.
- Include the Atlas plan and approximate transaction date, but never send card details, bank details, or provider identifiers.
- Refund requests receive an authorised operator review and a recorded outcome; they do not silently delete learning data.
Optional support details
Share a few browser details with support.
If support asks, create a short summary on this device and paste it into your email. It includes the page, time, support topic, and a broad browser or screen-size label only.
It leaves out passwords, payment card data, private messages, learning work, safety details, uploads, cookies, and private service keys.
Personal support policy
Clear ownership and response expectations.
Atlas aims to provide a first human response within two UK business days.
Accountable owner: Sahil Ahmad, Atlas product operations. Atlas support is not an emergency service and cannot promise real-time monitoring.
Never email passwords, card details, raw AI conversations, wellbeing answers, or unnecessary learner work.
